The Nike of Samothrace has stood at the top of the Louvre's Daru staircase for over 150 years — a Hellenistic masterpiece of movement, triumph, and wind-swept marble drapery, headless and armless and still more commanding than nearly anything else in the building. The Winged Victory Candle takes that energy and translates it into natural soy wax: the spread wings, the sense of forward momentum, the billowing form that reads as both ancient and urgently contemporary.

Hand-poured from 100% natural soy wax, this sculptural candle stands 19 cm tall and weighs 177 g. Each piece is individually hand-finished — the wing detail and the forward lean of the torso require careful pouring and hand-work on every unit.
