At Votive Candle Co, we take great care in packaging and shipping your candles so they arrive in perfect condition โ€” ready to bring light, calm, and beauty to your space.


๐Ÿšš Processing & Shipping Times

All of our products are handmade to order, which means we begin crafting your items once your order is confirmed.

  • Processing time: 3โ€“5 business days

  • Standard delivery: 2โ€“6 business days (depending on your location)

Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in Florida. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and weight.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

  • Expedited shipping is currently not available due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

  • Flat rate shipping: $9.90

  • Free shipping on orders over $74

๐Ÿ“Œ Free shipping applies only to the Contiguous U.S. States. Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and will be calculated at checkout.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

๐Ÿ“Œ Sales tax is applied to Florida orders as required by law.


๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ Our Craftsmanship Promise

Votive candles are handmade using 100% natural soy or beeswax. Variations such as frosting, mold lines, or surface texture are normal and reflect the authenticity of our materials. These are not defects.


๐Ÿ“ฌ Issues with Delivery or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at contact@votivecandlestore.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (inside and outside)

We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund.


โ›” Missing or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Check your tracking link and with neighbors.

  • Contact the carrier directly for resolution.

  • Consider shipping to a secure address where someone can receive your package.


๐Ÿ”„ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin crafting candles shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of order confirmation.


โš–๏ธ Notice to California Residents

In accordance with California Business and Professions Code ยง17538, if we cannot ship your order within 30 days, we will notify you via email and offer:

  • A revised delivery estimate

  • The option to cancel your order for a full refund

  • A comparable replacement product (if available)

We comply with all applicable California consumer laws.
