Shipping & Care Notice After an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Votive Candle Co is no longer responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received.

Please handle your candles with care when unpacking them. Soy wax is naturally soft and delicate, so applying pressure, pulling, or forcing the packaging open may damage the candle. Carefully remove any tape and slowly unwrap each piece.

Every candle is packed with great attention to help it arrive in the best possible condition.

Our sculptural candles are designed mainly as decorative pieces. Should you decide to burn them, always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant dish or tray. Keep the wick trimmed to about 1/4 inch / 5 mm before lighting, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, or strong indoor lighting. Scented candles may naturally change color over time when exposed to UV light.

Our fragrance oils are phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and carefully selected for high-quality candle making.
